Am 26.08.1990 wurde der alte Lebensmittelladen von Jupp Schuld in der Hauptstraße 56 offiziell als Heimatarchiv des Heimat- und Bürgerverein Bad Bodendorf e.V. in eine neue Verwendung überführt. Zu diesem Datum waren die Bad Bodendorfer zur feierlichen Eröffnung mit historische Fotoausstellung, Kunst, Unterhaltungsmusik und Bildvorführungen eingeladen.
