Die barockisierende Figur der Madonna mit blumenbestreutem Gewand und windbewegtem Mantel ist aus ungefärbtem Wachs hohl gegossen. Zwei Glasperlen sind als Pupillen eingesetzt, die Hände sind ergänzt. Sie steht in einem Glaskästchen auf Scheibenfüßen. Rückseite und Boden des Kästchens sind mit blauem Damast ausgelegt und von silberner Klöppelspitze eingefasst.
