Das schwarz-weiß Foto, aufgenommen im Anflug von Osten über den Rhein, zeigt den Umfang der Bebauung im Jahr 1960. Im Bild unten links ist der Förderturm des St. Josef-Sprudel zu sehen. Am rechten Bildrand die alte einspurige Brücke über die Ahr. Auf der Rückseite des Bildes steht die Luftbildnummer und die Daten zum Urheberrecht des Fotos.
