Titelblattgestaltung: oben Zeichnung von zwei Kampfjets im Flug, darunter Titel und Zeitungsnamen ( FLUGTAG 83 Special edition; Kaiserslautern American...), ansonsten flächendeckende Artikel mit Schwarz-Weiß-Fotos und -Zeichnungen.
Die Sudau-Verlags-GmbH hat die Spezialausgabe gedruckt, die die beiden Herausgeberinnen Kristena D. Baker und Karen Murdock zusammengestellt haben.

Aus der Zeitung geht hervor, dass die 86th Tactical Fighter Wing 1983 ihr 35-jähriges Bestehen feierte.
