Es sind zwei identische Marzipanhobel. Es handelt sich dabei jeweils um ein leicht ausgehöhltes Langholz als Boden mit einem ebenfalls leicht ausgehöhltem Deckel mit Griff. Diese Hobel dienen dazu, die Marzipanrohmasse in Form zur Weiterverarbeitung zu bringen
