Description

Schwarzweißfotografie, sog. Carte-de-Visite. Portrait von W. Kopp, Rechnungsrat der Stadt Bendorf von 1827 bis 1861. Er war beteiligt am Casino-Bau in Bendorf. 1845 erbaute die 1823 gegründete Bendorfer Casino-Gesellschaft am Engersport ihr Casino. 1933 wurde die Casino-Gesellschaft von den Nazis verboten. Ihre Mitglieder gehörten der höheren Bendorfer Gesellschaftsschicht an.
