Die Rückseite ist in vier Bereiche aufgeteilt.
Oben die Beschreibung, wofür das Gebet ist und darunter das Gebet. Es folgt der Text: "100 Tage Ablass einem im Tage, auch den armen Seelen zuwendbar (LEO XIII., 18. Jan. 1894).
Der letzte Absatz beschreibt, wo die Statue aufgestellt ist.
