Auf der Vorderseite das Bild des Jesuskindes, dass ein einen Kelche mit der hl. Hostie zeigt. Der Rand ist gepägt und lilafarbend 10 mm breit.

Die Rückseite ist ein Gebet abgedruckt.
Klebereste auf der Rückseite deuten darauf, dass die Karte einmal aufgeklebt war.
