Description

Kleiner, rechteckiger Bronzebeschlag, Vorderseite Reste von Vergoldung. Oben und unten je 5 kleine Befestigungslöcher, oben und unten jeweils am äußeren Loch abgebrochen. Auf der Vorderseite einpunziertes Muster in der Manier von keltischen Knoten.

Beschlag von Gürtel oder von Zaumzeug, wohl 12. Jahrhundert.

Fundort: Feldgemarkung, Grünstadter Berg.

Altbestand des 1903 gegründeten Altertumsvereins Grünstadt.
