Die rechteckige Reliefplatte zeigt im Profil nach links Otto von Bismarck (1815-1898). Otto Eduard Leopold von Bismarck-Schönhausen, ab 1865 Graf von Bismarck-Schönhausen, ab 1871 Fürst von Bismarck, ab 1890 auch Herzog zu Lauenburg, war ein deutscher Politiker und Staatsmann. Auf der Vorderseite der Reliefplatte sind oben links eine Gießereimarke und unten die Inschrift in Schreibschrift "v. Bismarck" sowie ein Kleeblatt zu erkennen. Bei diesem Exemplar handelt es sich um einen Nachguss der 1970er Jahre des ehemaligen Kunstgießeres der Concordiahütte Anton Schmidt. Das Originalmodell stammt vermutlich aus der Zeit um 1920/1930.
