Description

Kleines Näpfchen aus rötlichem Ton, wegen der Winzigkeit wohl Salbtiegel oder Spielzeug für Kinder. Kegelförmig, sich nach oben verbreiternd, oben leichter Wulst nach innen und der flache Rand darüber etwas nach außen gezogen. Omphalos als Standfuß. Im Omphalos, Außenseite, zwei strichartige, auseinanderstrebende Kerben.

Angekauft aus der Grünstadter Altsammlung Heinrich Joa. Fundort: Sausenheim.

1955 inventarisiert und bestimmt als bronzezeitlich, durch das Historische Museum der Pfalz, in Speyer, von Dr. Roller u. Dr. Schulz, Platten Nr. J 43. Wohl Fundzusammenhang mit dem Becher Nr. 1436, ebenfalls bronzezeitlich, aus Sausenheim.

Zeitliche Einordnung 2009 nochmals von Dr. Lothar Sperber, Historisches Museum der Pfalz, Speyer, bestätigt.
