Urkunde: Oben in der Mitte eine Schriftrolle mit Old English Schrift. Darunter Text in Schwarz, über der Abbildung der Kaiserslauterer Stiftskirche in Grau. Am unteren Rand das Wappen von Kaiserslautern, gerahmt von zwei Bomben. Die Urkunde wurde nicht ausgefüllt.
