Kopfstück, Ölporträt auf Holztafel, Reichskanzler Otto von Bismarck, nach links blickend; Altersporträt in Zivilkleidern. Rechts unten signiert: "CH. Elser 1932". Gemalt von dem Grünstadter Künstler Christian Elser, Schwiegervater des Grünstadter Malers und Ehrenbürgers Karl Unverzagt. Neu gerahmt in vergoldetem Rahmen mit Perlleiste. Hinten auf der Holztafel alte Bleistiftaufschrift "1939" (verm. Übernahme ins Museum).

Christian Elser war Malermeister und Hobbymaler (02.02.1871 in Grünstadt -- 23.06.1950 in Grünstadt), ehem. wohnhaft, Ringgasse 24, Grünstadt.

Altbestand des Altertumsvereins Grünstadt.
