Ein Paar Kindersandalen aus braunem Kunststoff. Runde Form, Absatz (ca. 2cm), ein Riemen mit Schnalle dient der Befestigung. Kindergröße 35. Igelit war ein Kunststoff, welcher in der damaligen DDR entwickelt wurde, vermutlich um dem durch die wirtschaftliche Isolation verursachten Ledermangel entgegen zu wirken. Schuhe aus diesem Material, beziehungsweise deren Einzelteile, wurden per Spritzgusstechnik hergestellt. Laut Vorbesitzer ist die Herstellerfirma folgende: Staatliche Sowjet-Aktiengesellschaft der Elektro-Chemischen Industrie "Kaustik" Abteilung Deutschland, Elektro-Chemisches Kombinat Bitterfeld.
Datiert auf 1950.
