Farbfotografie. Dieses Aufnahme zeigt einen in der Sayner Hütte gegossenen Brunnen aus Eisenguss mit drei Schalen. Dieser Brunnen steht auf dem Domplatz in Wetzlar. Ein weiterer Brunnen dieses Typs steht auf dem Brunnenplatz zwischen der Abtei- und der Brexstraße in Alt-Sayn. Auf dem Bild erkennbar sind Barbara Friedhofen (Museumsleiterin Rheinisches Eisenkunstguss Museum in Bendorf-Sayn), Elli Sprindt und der verstorbene Kunstgießer Toni Schmidt. Im ersten Musterbuch bzw. Katalog der Sayner Hütte aus dem Jahr 1823 ist der Brunnen als Lithographie abgedruckt.
