Doppelseite, 4 Seiten, Büttenpapier ohne Wasserzeichen, als Formular vorgedruckt und handschriftlich ausgefüllt. Es handelt sich um einen Steigbrief für 1 Morgen Ackerfeld, zum Preis von 60 Gulden und 30 Kreuzern, ausgestellt am 13. September 1780 in Grünstadt. Verkäuferin war Gräfin Christiane Franziska Eleonore zu Leiningen-Westerburg-Altleiningen (mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift), Käufer der Grünstadter Bäckermeister Jacob Happersperger.

Altbestand des 1903 gegründeten Altertumsvereins Grünstadt.
