Korrespondenz zwischen Karl Hofmann und Helene Wieland in Guntersblum 1916-1917

Von Karl Hofmann, Unteroffizier, liegen drei Briefe vor. Auch er, Glasbläser aus Neustadt am Rennsteig in Thüringen, war in Guntersblum bei Familie Kern "im Quartier", wo er beim Ausrücken seine Militärstiefel stehen ließ. Er dürfte in Frankreich im Kriegseinsatz gewesen sein und wurde am Arm verletzt. Nach mehreren Operation wurde er untauglich entlassen. Auch er wurde von Helene Wieland mit einem Paket incl. Wein bedacht.
