Schwarzweißfotografie, sog. Carte-de-Visite. Portrait von Johann Josef Richarz, Fabrikant in Bendorf. Josef Richarz war ab 1817 Besitzer der Garnfärberei in der Oberen Bachstrasse (später Blaudruck und Färberei). Ab 1850 kam es zu einer Vereinigung mit der Blaudruckfabrik von Daniel Rudhard. In den Jahren 1872/73 erfolgte ein Fabrikneubau vor Mülhofen (später Eloxal Gall).
